Generation Sport - 30-Day Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Generation Sport, we're dedicated to ensuring you love your new sportswear. We understand that sometimes things don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, and we're here to make the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

Our Commitment:

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. This means you have 30 days to request a return or exchange for eligible items.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or odors.  
  • Final sale items and certain intimate apparel may not be eligible for returns or exchanges (please check individual product listings).

Returns:

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Send us an email at returns@generationsport.co
    • Please include your order number and email address.
    • Identify which items you would like to return and your reason for return
  2. Return Shipping:
    • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely. 
  3. Refund Processing:
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 
    • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.  

Exchanges: You may request an exchange if the item you ordered does not fit and you wish to exchange for another size. 

  1. Initiate an Exchange:
    • Send us an email at returns@generationsport.co
    • Include your order number and email address
    • Identify the items you wish to exchange and what size you would like in exchange
  2. Exchange Shipping:
    • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for the original item.
    • We will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item(s) sent back to you.
  3. Exchange Processing:
    • Once we receive and inspect your original item(s), we will ship the exchanged item(s) to you, subject to availability.
    • If the requested exchange item(s) are unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
